Immunoprecipitation:FMNL2 AntibodyNBP3-29930] -Detection of human FMNL2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FMNL2 antibody NBP3-29930 (lot NBP3-29930-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. FMNL2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FMNL2 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated FMNL2, NBP3-29930 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for FMNL2 Antibody - BSA Free
