Immunoprecipitation:GSDMDC1 AntibodyNBP3-30246] -Detection of human GSDMD by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GSDMD antibody (NBP3-30246 lot 1) used for IP at 2 µg per reaction. GSDMD was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GSDMD.. For blotting immunoprecipitated GSDMD, NBP3-30246 was used at 0.1 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
