Immunoprecipitation: GMEB2 Antibody [NBP2-12762] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GMEB2 antibody NBP2-12762 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. GMEB2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GMEB2 antibody NBP2-12763, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated GMEB2, NBP2-12763 was used at 1 ug/ml.
