Detectionof HAI-1 in Human Lung Cancer. HAI-1 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of human lung cancer using Goat Anti-Human HAI‑1 Ectodomain Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1048) at 1 μg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed byincubation for 30 minutes at room temperature with Anti-Goat IgG VisUCyte HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC004). Tissue was stained with DAB (brown color) andcounterstained with hematoxylin (blue color).

additional quenching of endogenous biotin and avidin present in

and tissue much faster than the conventional avidin-biotin-HRP procedure. Due the high sensitivity of VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer, the working concentration of primary antibodies may
be 2-3 times lower compared to the conventional avidin-biotin-HRP protocol.
