Western Blot:[NBP3-29981]-

Western Blot:[NBP3-29981]-Detection of human Golgin-160 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Golgin-160 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Golgin-160 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Golgin-160 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
