Product Description
GPP 78 hydrochloride is an inhibitor of nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT); potently depletes NAD levels and exhibits cytotoxicity in vitro (IC50 values are 3.0 and 3.8 nM respectively). Also shown to induce autophagy in neuroblastoma cells.
