Flow Cytometry: Gr-1/Ly-6G Antibody (1A8) [FITC] [NBP2-53131F] - Cells were pre-gated with live/dead and FSC-A/W to exclude dead cells and cell doublets. The single cell suspension was isolated from a spleen of an IL1-R KO (knockout) mouse and stained with the FITC-Conjugated CD45R antibody (1:100) for 30 minutes. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometer. This KO validation image was submitted via customer review.
