Immunoprecipitation:HAUS3 AntibodyNBP3-29432] -Detection of human HAUS3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HAUS3 antibody (NBP3-29432 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. HAUS3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HAUS3 antibody BL23035. For blotting immunoprecipitated HAUS3, NBP3-29432 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for HAUS3 Antibody - BSA Free
