Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18393]-Detection of human HEATR3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HEATR3 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. HEATR3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HEATR3 antibody.
