Product Description

Homoharringtonine is an inhibitor of protein synthesis. Blocks elongation phase of translation by binding to the 60-S ribosome subunit. Antileukemic. Inhibits SARS-CoV-2 infection in vitro (IC50 = 2.55 μM).
