Please Note: Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application. General Protocols are available in the Technical Information section on our website.
Detection of CXCL16 in Human Denditic Cells by Flow Cytometry. Human monocyte-derived dendritic cells were stained with Rat Anti-Human CXCL16 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB976A) and Mouse Anti-Human CD83 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1774F). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC006A). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
Preparation and Storage
CXCL16 is a transmembrane protein with an extracellular domain consisting of a chemokine domain suspended on a mucin-like stalk. It functions as a ligand for the HIV co‑receptor, CXCR6 (Bonzo).
