Control

Negative control for use in conjunction with R&D Systems antibodies. This isotype control has been derivatized with a quantity of fluorochrome that matched the F/P (fluorochrome/protein) ratio of R&D Systems monoclonal reagents. The recommended concentration is 10 μL/106 cells.

    Freshly isolated and 48Hrs stimulated human PBMCs using anti-human CD3 were stained with the Rat IgG2A Ab Isotype and TIM-3 Ab with similar background. The isotype control has been very consistent between runs and helps decide where the gated should be started for the test antibody.
