Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse/Rat MARCH8 Antibody
Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat MARCH8 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, L1.2 mouse pro-B cell line, and Y3-Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat MARCH8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6969) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for MARCH8 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.MARCH8 in Human Dendritic Cells.
MARCH8 was detected in immersion fixed immature human dendritic cells using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat MARCH8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6969) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Applications for Human/Mouse/Rat MARCH8 Antibody
