Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line and DU145 human prostate carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat TOR Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AB1537) followed by HRP‑conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for TOR at approximately 270 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

A specific band was detected for TOR at approximately 226 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat TOR Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AB1537). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 66-440 kDa separation system.
