Protein tyrosine phosphatase beta/zeta (PTP beta / zeta ), also known as PTPRZ, is a member of the receptor-type protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. This phosphatase is involved in the regulation of specific developmental processes in the central nervous system. A protein of 2,307 amino acids, PTPRZ is membrane-spanning with two cytoplasmic protein tyrosine phosphatase domains and an extracellular domain.

Scientific Data Images for Human PTP beta / zeta /PTPRZ Antibody
Detection of Human PTP beta / zeta /PTPRZ by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human PTP beta /zeta/PTPRZ Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2688) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for PTP beta /zeta/PTPRZ at approximately 250 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human PTP beta / zeta /PTPRZ Antibody
