Biological Activity
HX 531 is a potent RXR antagonist (IC50 = 18 nM). Promotes white and brown pre-adipocyte differentiation into white adipocytes. Also inhibits bexarotene-induced brown adipogenic reprogramming of myoblasts.Technical Data
