Western Blot: ISG15/UCRP Antibody (JE32-27) [NBP3-32484] - Western blot analysis of ISG15/UCRP on different lysates with Rabbit anti-ISG15/UCRP antibody (NBP3-32484) at 1/500 dilution.

Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate
Lane 2: Hela treated with 10 ng/ml human IFN alpha 1 for 16 hours whole cell lysate

Lysates/proteins at 10 ug/Lane.

Predicted band size: 18 kDa
Observed band size: 13 kDa

Exposure time: 2 minutes;

15% SDS-PAGE gel.

Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32484) at 1/500 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:300,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
