Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KCC4 antibody NBP3-30614 (lot NBP3-30614-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. KCC4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-KCC4.. For blotting immunoprecipitated KCC4, NBP3-30614 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
