Immunoprecipitation: KLHL12/C3IP1 Antibody [NBP1-49927] - Detection of Human KLHL12 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KLHL12 antibody used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. KLHL12 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-KLHL12 antibody which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated KLHL12 was used at 1 mcg/ml. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KLHL12 antibody NBP1-49927 (lot NBP1-49927-2 ) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. KLHL12 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody NBP1-49927-1. For blotting immunoprecipitated KLHL12, NBP1-49927 was used at 1 ug/ml.
