Immunoprecipitation: KMT2A/MLL Antibody (BL-175-7E8) [NBP2-76397] - Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit antiMLL1 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-175-7E8used for IP at 6 ul/mg lysate. MLL1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody and another antibody against a different epitope of MLL1. For blotting immunoprecipitated MLL1, was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.

MLL1 (mixed lineage leukemia 1) has been found to participate in a multitude of chromosomal translocations that are associated with a variety of hematologic malignancies. MLL1 functions as a transcriptional regulator and plays and important role in HOX gene expression during embryonic development.
