Biological Activity

L002 is a p300 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.98 μM). Inhibits histone and p53 acetylation, and suppresses STAT3 activation in cell-based assays. Also suppresses tumor growth in a mouse MDA-MB-468 xenograft model.
