Product Description

LW 6 is a malate dehydrogenase-2 (MDH2) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 6.3 μM). Also inhibits HIF-1α. Prevents accumulation of HIF-1α in Hep3B cells under hypoxic conditions (IC₅₀ = 2.6 μM) with resulting decrease in expression of HIF-1α target genes VEGF and EPO. Inhibits proliferation of activated human T cells ex vivo.
