Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18383]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18383]-Detection of human PAM16 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PAM16 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PAM16 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PAM16 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated PAM16, was used at 0. 4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
