Immunoprecipitation: MAP1S Antibody [NBP1-47282] - MAP1S Antibody Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MAP8 antibody used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. MAP8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MAP8 antibody NBP1-47281, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated MAP8, NBP1-47281 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
