Western Blot: MAST205 Antibody (OTI3A5) [NBP2-45756] - Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 ug per lane) of wild-type HeLa cells (WT) and MAST2-Knockout HeLa cells (KO) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MAST2 monoclonal antibody. Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90 antibody as a loading control.

Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MAST2.

Background: MAST205

MAST2 (microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 2) is also known as MAST205. MAST2 contains a well conserved protein kinase C/A kinase domain and a PDZ domain. It is highly expressed in spermatids and has been shown to play a role in cytokine responses in macrophages.
