Western Blot: MATE1 Antibody [NBP1-36989] - Staining of Human Liver lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) with antibody at 0.1 ug/mL. Detected by chemiluminescence. Approx. 60-65kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 61.9 kDa according to NP_060712.2). This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MATE1 Antibody [NBP1-36989] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HepG2 cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL). Strong expression of the protein seen in the plasma membrane of HepG2 cells.
