Scientific Data Images for Mouse IL‑27 Antibody
Detection of IL-27 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Mouse splenocytes untreated (open histogram) or treated with 1 µg/mL LPS for 24 hours (filled histogram) were stained with Mouse IL-27 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18342) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006, not shown), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.Applications for Mouse IL‑27 Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
CyTOF-ready
Ready to be labeled using established conjugation methods. No BSA or other carrier proteins that could interfere with conjugation.
Intracellular Staining by Flow Cytometry
2.5 µg/106 cells
