Detection of Rat IgG Control by Flow Cytometry B16-F1 mouse melanoma cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Integrin beta 1/CD29 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2405, filled histogram) or Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Catalog #MAB006, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog F0105B).

Pink is the isotype control stained sample and blue is the MSLN stained cells. Both antibodies were at 0.5 mg/mL, and used at 1:100 dilution. The secondary antibody was Rat F(ab)2 IgG (H+L) PE-conjugated antibody.
