Q: I would like to ask about the western blot picture shown on your product page for NBP2-19388, the MPHOSPH6 antibody. The expected molecular weight of MPHOPSH6 should be 19 kDa, however, there are two bands on the western blot, one corresponding to 19 kDa
A: With regard to our product NBP2-19388, we have unfortunately not yet identified the larger band at 55kDa seen in HCT116 cell lysates. The band is much larger than the expected band of 19kDa, and our lab thinks that the band is non-specific.
