MS4A3 (membrane-spanning 4-domains, subfamily A, member 3) is a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family. MS4A3 is thought to have a role in signal transduction. This protein is known to have interactions with CDKN3 and CDK2. Disease and disorder research has been conducted in relation to MS4A3 and asthma, hepatitis, hepatitis B, and narcolepsy.
