Western Blot: MST1/2 [p Thr180] Antibody [NBP3-13317] - Untreated (-) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MST1 (phospho Thr183) + MST2 (phospho Thr180) antibody (NBP3-13317) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
