Immunoprecipitation;Neurochondrin Antibody[NBP3-18513]

Immunoprecipitation;Neurochondrin Antibody Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NCDN antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. NCDN was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NCDN antibody. For bting immunoprecipitated NCDN, was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Neurochondrin encodes a leucine-rich cytoplasmic protein, which is highly similar to a mouse protein that negatively regulates Ca/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II phosphorylation and may be essential for spatial learning processes. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described.
