Immunoprecipitation:NISCH AntibodyNBP3-30129] -Detection of human NISCH by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NISCH antibody NBP3-30129 (lot NBP3-30129-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. NISCH was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NISCH antibody BL21611. For blotting immunoprecipitated NISCH, NBP3-30129 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

NISCH (Nischarin) is involved in several biological processes including cell communication, actin cytoskeleton organization, regulation of synaptic transmission and negative regulation of cell migration. NISCH is known to have interactions with AR, IRS2, ITGA5, IRS1 and IRS4. Disease and disorder research has been conducted in relation to NISCH and high blood pressure, blindness, Alzheimer's disease, brain disease, breast cancer, rosacea, hypertension and pancreatitis.
