Background: NORE1

NORE1 (also referred to as Ras Association (RalGDS/AF-6) Domain Family Member 5) is a tumor suppressor and induces apoptosis. NORE1 is known to have interactions with HIST1H4A, HIST1H4B, HIST1H4C, HIST1H4D and HIST1H4E. NORE1 has been studied in relation to several types of cancer including lung cancer, breast cancer, clear cell renal cell carcinoma, thyroid carcinoma, and follicular thyroid carcinoma.
