Immunoprecipitation:NUDCD3 AntibodyNBP3-30628] -Detection of human NUDCD3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NUDCD3 antibody NBP3-30628 (lot NBP3-30628-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. NUDCD3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NUDCD3.. For blotting immunoprecipitated NUDCD3, NBP3-30628 was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background: NUDCD3

The product of this gene functions to maintain the stability of dynein intermediate chain. Depletion of this gene product results in aggregation and degradation of dynein intermediate chain, mislocalization of the dynein complex from kinetochores, spindle microtubules, and spindle poles, and loss of gamma-tubulin from spindle poles. The protein localizes to the Golgi apparatus during interphase, and levels of the protein increase after the G1/S transition. [provided by RefSeq]
