Immunoprecipitation: Occludin Antibody [NBP3-14709] - Whole cell lysate (1.0 mgper IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells preparedusing NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit anti-Occludinrecombinant monoclonal antibody used for IP at 20 ul/mg lysate. Occludin was alsoimmunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Occludin antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Occludin, was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence withan exposure time of 10 seconds.
