Species: MouseAssay Type: In VitroVerified Customer | Posted 11/18/2022This is the second Tocris peptide we have used in our study. The first one was from human origin (product #1456). Because a colleague suggested us to repeat the experiment with a peptide from mouse origin; we have chosen this product (Orexin B mouse). The results were amazing because the neuronal activation has increased at a level we were expecting to conduct the behavioural analysis. As shown in the attached graph, this compound stimulated neuronal activity at a hippocampus nuclei, as measured by immunoflurescence after compound delivery into the brain. We are very satisfied with the result and I recommed this Tocris product.
