Immunoprecipitation: PGRMC2 Antibody [NBP1-49716] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PGRMC2 antibody NBP1-49716 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. PGRMC2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PGRMC2 antibody NBP1-49895, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PGRMC2, NBP1-49895 was used at 1 ug/ml.
