The precise manufacturing process is proprietary, however the lysate is supplied in HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCL, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40 and a cocktail of protease inhibitors. To further dilute the lysate I suggest using this buffer. The recommended storage is -80C and freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided.
