Immunoprecipitation: POC5 Antibody [NBP1-78740]
Immunoprecipitation: POC5 Antibody [NBP1-78740] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20 percent of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-POC5 antibody NBP1-78740 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. POC5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-POC5 antibody NBP1-78741, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated POC5, NBP1-78740 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for POC5 Antibody - BSA Free
