Immunoprecipitation:PPIL4 AntibodyNBP3-29746] -Detection of human PPIL4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPIL4 antibody NBP3-29746 (lot NBP3-29746-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PPIL4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PPIL4.. For blotting immunoprecipitated PPIL4, NBP3-29746 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

PPIL4 is a member of the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases. The cyclophilins are a highly conserved family, members of which play an important role in protein folding, immunosuppression by cyclosporin A, and infection of HIV-1 virions.
