Immunoprecipitation:Protocadherin-19 AntibodyNBP3-29042] -Detection of human PCDH19 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from NCI-H520 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PCDH19 antibody (NBP3-29042 lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. PCDH19 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NBP3-29042 lot 1) and a second.inst a different epitope of PCDH19. For blotting immunoprecipitated PCDH19, NBP3-29042 was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
