Immunoprecipitation:RAB10 AntibodyNBP3-29184] -Detection of human RAB10 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAB10 antibody NBP3-29184 (lot NBP3-29184-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RAB10 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RAB10 antibody Brother. For blotting immunoprecipitated RAB10, NBP3-29184 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
