Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RDH5 Antibody [NBP1-52047] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U2OS cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml), showing strong Endoplasmic Reticulum and weak cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Application Notes
WB: Preliminary testing showed a band at approx. 32kDa in Human Heart and approx. 35kDa in Human Breast lysate, after 0.3ug/ml antibody staining. (calculated MW of 35.0kDa according to NP_002896.2). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. IHC-P: Human Retina shows staining of the ganglion cell layer.
