Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNF5 antibody NBP2-04014 used for WB at 0.4 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. The protein encoded by the RNF5 gene contains a RING finger, which is a motif known to be involved in protein-protein interactions. This protein is a membrane-bound ubiquitin ligase.
