The RRP1B gene enocdes a ribosomal RNA processing protein 1 homolog B that in isoform 1 is 758 amino acids and 84kDA and in isoform 2 is 740 amino acids long at 82 kDA. RRP1B is characterized by its interactions with genes ESR2, LSM1, LUC7L2, LUC7L3, and C7orf55-LUC7L2.
