Biological Activity

S 07662 is an inverse agonist of the constitutive androstane receptor (CAR). Inhibits CAR activity via recruitment of nuclear receptor co-repressor (NCoR). Suppresses CITCO-induced CYP2B6 gene expression in human primary hepatocytes.
