Western Blot: S-Tag Epitope Tag Antibody (G10-C8-R) [NBP3-32923] - Western blot analysis of S-Tag Epitope Tag on S tag recombinant protein with Mouse anti-S-Tag Epitope Tag antibody (NBP3-32923) at 1/1,000 dilution.

Lysates/proteins at 50 ng/Lane.

Exposure time: 25 seconds; ECL;

4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.

Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32923) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
