SA-15-P is a dual inhibitor of the interaction of lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG3) with both the major histocompatibility complex class II (MHCII) and fibrinogen-like protein 1 (FGL1) (IC₅₀ values from TR-FRET assay are 4.2 μM and 6.5 μM respectively).
