Immunoprecipitation: SAPS3 Antibody [NB100-41416] - Detection of Human SAPS3 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SAPS3 antibody NB100-41416 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. SAPS3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SAPS3 antibody NB100-41417, which recognizes a downstream epitope.
